Pretoria, Kenya and beyond…

I met with a group of pastors in Pretoria this week to discuss running worship workshops for churches in Pretoria. What an awesome we had sharing what God is doing and putting forth some vision for what we saw ahead. It reminded me of the Book of Acts when the disciples would get together to fellowship and discuss matters pertaining to their regions. What a beautiful picture when the body of Christ gets together in unity.

One of the mandates of Sounds of the Nations is to be the agent of reconciliation and unity in the Body of Christ. It’s no coincidence that the Bible clearly amphasizes that where there is unity, God commands a blessing. Please pray with us as we plan for the workshops in Pretoria.

From Pretoria I travelled with a friend of mine, Rob Harris, to Kenya to run a Sounds of the Nations Conference in Nairobi. On arrival I was taken by the beauty of this country. Kenya is full of expectation and one can feel it in the atmosphere and in the people when you talk to them. Our conference starts tomorrow and I can’t wait to see what God does here in Nairobi. Pray for Rob and myself as we teach on worship.

Next week we kick off our School of Worship in Cape Town, South Africa. Exciting times ahead!
